Reliable camp water, wherever the road takes you. This portable three-stage filtration system is built for South African camping, overlanding and remote-site use. It can draw water from a nearby river, dam, open tank or other accessible source, then deliver pressurised filtered water for camp washing, showering, bathing, cleaning gear and filling vehicle water tanks. Its modular quick-release layout packs down compactly and reconnects without complicated plumbing. Two Practical Connection Options Filtered water: up to 600 L/hour through the three-stage cartridge system for everyday camp-water duties. High-flow wash-down: up to 2,400 L/hour when used directly from the pump, ideal for rinsing sand and mud from vehicles, trailers, recovery gear, campsite equipment and watering/irrigating campsites for dust control. Actual flow depends on suction lift, hose routing, source conditions, cartridge condition and system pressure. Why It Works So Well at Camp Draws from nearby surface-water sources or an open storage tank Powerful 0.3 kW LEO pump provides useful pressure at remote sites 5 m reinforced suction line includes a strainer and foot valve to retain prime and help keep larger debris out 20 m high-quality 15 mm delivery hose gives useful reach around the campsite Cam-lock and union connections allow fast assembly, disassembly and compact storage Inlet pressure gauge helps monitor operating pressure and identify increasing cartridge restriction Robust, serviceable components are designed for repeated outdoor use Included Cartridge Set 1 micron antibacterial meltblown cartridge: captures fine suspended sediment such as silt, rust and grit while helping inhibit bacterial growth on the cartridge media GAC/KDF cartridge: helps reduce chlorine, unpleasant taste and odour, and selected dissolved contaminants Quantum disinfection cartridge: provides an additional microbial-control stage within the filtration train Cartridge performance and service life depend on the source-water quality, water chemistry, flow rate and maintenance. What Is Included LEO AJm30S stainless-steel pump, 0.3 kW Portable three-stage 10-inch Slimline filter assembly Pressure-gauge inlet assembly 5 m reinforced suction hose with strainer and foot valve 20 m high-quality 15 mm delivery hose Quick-release cam-lock and union connection set GAC/KDF, Quantum disinfection and 1 micron antibacterial meltblown cartridges Simple Campsite Setup Fill the suction hose with water and place the suction strainer below the water surface and clear of mud, sand and vegetation. Connect the suction line, pump, filter assembly and delivery hose using the matching quick-release fittings. Prime the pump and check that every coupling is fully seated before switching on. Connect to a suitable campsite mains supply, correctly sized solar system or battery inverter using outdoor-rated electrical equipment. Start the pump, check for leaks and monitor the pressure gauge during use. After use, switch off, isolate the power, depressurise, drain and pack the system away dry. Specifications Filtered flow rate: Up to 600 L/hour Pump-only flow rate: Up to 2,400 L/hour Pump: LEO AJm30S stainless-steel pump Motor output: 0.3 kW / 0.4 HP Electrical supply: 220–240 V AC, 50 Hz Filter configuration: Three-stage, 10-inch Slimline Suction line: 5 m reinforced hose with strainer and foot valve Delivery hose: 20 m high-quality 15 mm hose Connections: Quick-release cam-lock and union fittings Pressure monitoring: Inlet pressure gauge Recommended applications: Camping, overlanding, remote camps, open tanks, wash-down and vehicle tank filling Important Water-Safety Information Untreated river, dam and open-tank water can contain microorganisms, agricultural runoff, fuels, salts or other contaminants that cartridge filtration alone may not make safe for consumption. This system is intended primarily for washing, showering, bathing, cleaning and general camp-water use. For drinking, cooking or brushing teeth, add a correctly sized 6 W or 11 W UV final-disinfection stage; use a compact reverse-osmosis system where dissolved salts or chemical contaminants also need to be reduced. Test the treated water through an accredited laboratory when potable quality is required.
