Pre-Sale Tom Cat Limited Cask Cidermakers' Blend

Now open for pre-sale ordering through Sunday, 11/15. Orders will start shipping November 20th - other spirits ordered with this item will ship all together. One of our two new Tom Cat Limited Cask Releases celebrating 15 years of Barr Hill Gin! This special release is a blend of Tom Cat finished in cider casks from our friends at Wildbranch Cider, Eden Cider and 1000 Stone Farm. The palate is clean and lightly layered, offering fresh-pressed apple notes, and a delicate floral note alongside the faintest touch of oak and spice. There’s a suggestion of wild ferment—something slightly rustic, slightly alive—woven quietly through the profile. This limited cask offering is finished with a touch of raw honey from our Plainfield hives just a few miles from the distillery. Please note - we cannot ship this product to AK,AR,HI,MI,MS,PR,UT & VT.
