Dosetil Lotion Dosetil Lotion contains desonide 0.05% w/w, a prescription corticosteroid that helps relieve inflammation and itching in skin conditions that respond to steroid treatment. Supplied in a 30 ml bottle, it is intended for use on the affected skin as advised by your doctor. Shake well before use and apply a thin layer to the prescribed area. Follow your doctor’s instructions on how often to apply it and how long to continue treatment. Avoid contact with the eyes, and do not cover the area with an airtight dressing unless directed by your doctor. For external use only. Store below 25°C, do not freeze, and keep out of reach of children.
