Wild Folk Apero Spritz is a Calgary-made non-alcoholic cocktail inspired by the classic European aperitif. Tart rhubarb, lemongrass and citrus rinds come together with cinchona bark for a bittersweet blend. Subtle sweetness softens the bitter edge, while the citrus adds a refreshing finish.
