Tasted Oct 2024. **** 91-94 Jasper Morris MW, Inside Burgundy.The 2023 Meursault-Blagny La Pièce Sous Le Bois 1er Cru has a good intensity on the nose with lifted yellow plum and jasmine scents. Hints of walnut come through with aeration. The palate is fresh on the entry with a fine bead of acidity, remaining harmonious and poised with apricot and peach notes toward the finish. This is similar to the Narvaux but has a little more panache. 90-92 Neal Martin.
