Côtes de Provence AOP, France - 50% Grenache, 35% Cinsault, 15% Syrah Aromas of wild berries, honeysuckle, white fleshed fruits, complemented by a hint of juniper. On the palate, it is crisp and silky, with lively notes of exotic citrus fruits, pear, underripe strawberry and a touch of minerality. Ideal pairings include grilled fish, beef or fish tartare, fresh berry desserts, or as a refreshing aperitif. A winemaking history that dates back to the 13th century. The estate practices organic viticulture, cultivating vines on clay and limestone soils.
