Set up & Design Fee $125

Design Requirements: To achieve the best results, we require text, logos and images in .jpg, .png, .tif, .ai, or .cdr formats at 300 DPI or higher. Web images are typically too low in resolution and unsuitable for SGA Products. For laser engraving, images must be black and white (not greyscale), and for full-color sublimation, images must be 300 DPI or higher. To Ensure the image and text dimensions suit the product being purchased, our design team will design and prepare the file and assure that it is ready for production. The files you submitted do not meet these requirements for the product you selected. This fee of $25 is required to modify the images and make the necessary modifications to fit the requirements for your order.
