The dormakaba Simplex 962X is a fully mechanical pushbutton cabinet lock designed for wood cabinet doors, desk drawers and similar applications. It provides keyless access using one programmable combination and operates without batteries, wiring or software. The combination is entered using five vandal-resistant metal pushbuttons. The code can be changed through the keypad without removing the lock from the cabinet door. The Simplex 962X is designed for wood doors measuring 5/8" to 7/8" thick. Depending on the exact configuration selected, it can be ordered with a cross-throw or end-throw bolt arrangement, a standard deadbolt or spring-loaded latch, an optional trim plate and optional key override.
