Have you ever tried an orange wine Albarino? Certainly the most eclectic wine from Adega Pedralonga - based in Spain's Rias Baxias - but also utterly delicious and incredible with food. Aged in amphora clay. Special wine! Aromas and flavours Dark orange colour. Very bright fruit flavours on the nose. On the palate a lot of texture with plenty of tannin to make food pairing really fun. Definitely a food pairing wine more than an easy-drinker...
