Level 0 | Make Your Own Christmas Decorations

This year make something that will last a lifetime of Christmases with our Make Your Own Christmas Decorations workshop! Join us for a cosy, creative ceramics class where you’ll hand-build your own unique festive decorations, perfect for your mantelpiece or hanging on your tree for years to come. No experience needed! Over two hours, you’ll learn simple hand-building techniques like pinching, coiling or slabbing, then finish your pieces with underglazes or your favourite glaze colours. Please note: Your piece will be dried in the studio, bisque fired, glazed, and re-fired. The turnaround time for finished work is approximately 4–6 weeks, and we cannot guarantee collection before Christmas. Our taster sessions are designed as a first introduction to ceramics. They’re a fun, hands-on way to try clay and get a feel for the process. As this is just a starting point, your first piece may be simple and imperfect & that’s part of the charm! If you’d like to develop your skills further and create more finished work, we recommend joining one of our Level 1 Courses. Please see our FAQ and T&Cs below before getting in touch.
