El Coyote Typica Red Honey

*Roast Date: September 23rd*Typica is one of the oldest coffee varieties in the world, and one of the hardest to justify growing. It yields less, it's fragile, and most farms in Costa Rica moved on from it long ago. Ale and Tacho Solis went ahead and planted it in 2018, way up at 2000m on their farm El Coyote, then waited five years for the first harvest. What they got is an elegant, very tasty coffee with delicate florals and soft peach. We've bought from these brothers since the day they opened their mill, and it's lots like this that keep us coming back.
