The Magnetic Tearaway Tee — Unisex V-Neck

A V-neck tee that opens from the shoulder all the way to the hem with magnets — open just the part you need, and the rest stays on. Magnetic shoulder-to-hem tearaway: opens at the shoulder and down the side seam, on the left or the right. Easy magnets, not hard snaps: closes without force, and stays closed as you bend or move. No digging in skin: each magnet sits in a soft covered pocket. Shoulder strap: keeps the back on while the shoulder is open, so your arm can stay in the sling. Opens where you need it: dress without lifting your arm, go on around a cast or sling, open the side for dressing checks, or the shoulder for port access during chemo and infusion. Hidden magnet stitching: a relaxed fit that looks like a regular V-neck. Contains magnets — remove before an MRI, and if you have a pacemaker, ask your doctor first. Backed by our comfort guarantee.
