All Ages Pumpkin Cream Pie: Wednesday, November 25th

Pumpkin Cream Pie Make your pie for Thanksgiving! In this class, we will be learning how to make pie dough from scratch, roll pie dough successfully, and make filling for a beautiful pie! Each person will go home with a Pumpkin Cream Pie. That's right... You get to make and bake your Thanksgiving pie right here in the classroom and take it home to enjoy. Our Chef will demonstrate how to garnish and prepare your pie to serve your guests. You will also enjoy samples of pie served with fresh whipped cream! Menu: Pumpkin Cream Pie Baking Class Type: We have many styles of classes. Baking classes focus on learning the techniques needed to accomplish your menu. It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe. Some ingredients may be scaled out before you arrive. In this class you may work individually and in groups. This is a hands on cooking class with Chef Demonstrations, individual, and group work. This class is for ages 12 and older. Please come prepared with your ID if you plan on purchasing/consuming adult beverages. Outside beverages are not allowed. Doors open 10 minutes before class starts. Special Instructions: To ensure the best service, groups of 8 or more will be billed gratuity. Gratuity will be billed separately once your reservation is received. In the case we cannot substitute a suitable ingredient, then it will be omitted from your ingredients.
