Created in 1976 Nicolas Feuilate is the youngest of the great Champagne houses and have become the best-selling brand in France. Their prestige Palmes d'Or Brut is an equal-parts blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with most of the fruit sourced from the finest Grand Cru vineyards of Champagne. The wine is aged in the cellar for nearly ten years before release. Serve in a wide tulip or quality white wine glass to allow the aromatics full expression.
