In the early Victorian era, undergarments were a private world, never meant to be seen, and this dress carries that same quiet intimacy. Crafted from a rayon, linen, and cotton blend, the double-layered bodice is boned at the sides for structure and support. Gathered shoulders with elastic at the back and a smocked back bodice allow for a softer, adjustable fit, and a separate self-fabric belt ties at the front to cinch the waist. The skirt is fully lined in cotton and falls at tea length, closing with a center back YKK bridal zipper. And, most importantly, it has pockets. Modest at first glance, it holds the secret of what lies beneath. Designed by Lynh Haaga and Micheline Pitt-Norman and made in China. Eco-conscious and ethically made. Size inclusive.
