Nytårsislagkage nr. 1
This New Year's cake consists of hawthorn and hyssop flower sorbet, salted caramel, and chocolate ice cream. It includes marzipan edges and meringue with freeze-dried hawthorns, chocolate, and gold dust on top. A gluten-free brownie base is used. The cake is produced in-house and can be stored in a freezer at -22 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes before serving.
