This coffee is a blend of stone fruit, berries, dark chocolate, and floral notes, produced by Efrain Carhuallocllo at 1,700 meters above sea level using washed processing on Caturra beans.
- Efraín has won several local and national competitions since competing in the Taza de la Excelencia in Peru.
- The coffee is fermented for 48 hours before being dried over 25 days.
