Instructor-Led Assisted Stretching Tuesday Evenings at Pickle Ball Heaven in Medford, Long Island. - Small Group Assisted Stretching Class Pre-Registration required - 8 hours before class (limited seats) Build your flexibility, mobility and playing prowess with the innovative Shape Stretch Assisted Stretching Class. This small group community workout is an equipment based class taught by a NASM certified instructor. You'll be guided through a gentle full body assisted stretching session using the patented Shape Stretch Bar and Training Method. All equipment is provided. Bring a yoga mat or towel for floor exercises. Level: Beginner to Intermediate Instructors: Dr. John DiMarco. Ph.D. NASM-SFC, NASM-GFC Location: Pickleball Heaven - Medford, NY Time: 50 minutes- Please arrive on time as the space is rented for the session. Equipment: Shape Stretch Bar provided.
