2:30pm Tasting with Thommo & Dan: 2026 Semillon | 21st November, Cellar Door Pokolbin

Join us for Semillon in the Sun and celebrate the release of our outstanding 2026 Hunter Valley Semillons with a special Tasting with Thommo & Dan. Across two intimate sessions, Andrew Thomas and Dan Thomas will personally take you through the new 2026 Semillon releases, sharing the stories behind the vineyards, the winemaking and the season that shaped the wines. It’s your chance to taste the new vintage alongside the people who made it and hear everything you could possibly want to know about what was an exceptional year for Hunter Valley Semillon. Each session will run for approximately one hour and places are strictly limited. Session time: 2:30pm Date: Saturday, 21 November 2026 Price: $20 per person Our normal cellar door tasting experiences will also be available throughout the day. Semillon in the Sun Wine Garden Before or after your tasting, settle in out the front of our picturesque cellar door for an afternoon in the sun. Our wine garden will be open throughout the day and to the early evening, with Thomas Wines available by the glass, live music and plenty of great food. Enjoy freshly cooked fish and chips alongside grazing boards and a selection of other food options, grab a glass and make an afternoon of it.
