Colombia Jhonatan Gasca Pink Bourbon Washed
Grown by Jhonatan Gasca at Bella Vista in Bruselas, Huila, this Pink Bourbon reflects the work of Zarza Coffee, a third-generation family project built around quality, traceability and careful farming. The coffee is cultivated between 1,750 and 1,800 metres, where the cool mountain climate supports slow cherry maturation and concentrated sweetness. Only fully ripe cherries are selectively harvested before being pulped, traditionally fermented, thoroughly washed and slowly dried. The result is a clean, refined expression of Pink Bourbon that places the focus firmly on variety, terroir and the precision of Jhonatan’s work.
