A brace cover is worn over the outside of the brace to conceal it and add style. Many customers use both together for maximum comfort and a complete look. How do I measure for a custom size? Measure your leg or arm without the brace on for an under sleeve. You'll need three measurements: Top Width (circumference at the thigh or bicep), Bottom Width (circumference at the calf or forearm), and Length (from top to bottom of where you need coverage). Enter all three in inches at checkout. Will the sleeve stay in place under my brace? Yes — the wide fold-over top cuff is specifically designed to grip and stay secure, preventing the sleeve from shifting or bunching under the brace during wear and movement. Do not add extra to the measurements. WIDTHS — Measure the circumference at two locations: TOP WIDTH at the thigh/bicep, and BOTTOM WIDTH at the calf/forearm. Enter both in inches.
