Automatic SPTL Model

The Automatic SPTL Model is a vertical beam tightener with pistons, designed for small-scale production of lamellar beams and cold windows. It is used for gluing beams and boards for lamellar beam production. The Automatic SPTL Model is controlled through an electric keypad and includes pressure recovery. Depending on the selected configuration, the machine accommodates a maximum beam thickness of either 150mm or 200mm, with available working lengths from 3000mm to 9000mm. The Automatic SPTL Model is available in multiple dimensions and thrust capacities, ranging from 20 tons to 190 tons. Pneumatic counter-pressure bars are included according to the working length of the selected configuration.
