It’s filled with charm too thanks to the addition of an appliqué heart at the centre of each block. The appliqué uses a turned-edge method, made easier with freezer paper. For an extra special look the hearts using Fabric 19 and Fabric 22 could be fussy cut to feature a house motif. The quilt design uses fabrics from the Village Life collection, with its blenders and extras, plus some fabrics from the Creating Memories, Brie and Tea Towel Basics ranges.
