Our cakes are made with an acacia senegal gum/glycerin base formula that blends smoothly and washes off easily….with beautiful, opaque coverage! What is an EasyLoad Splitcake™️? Basically, we reinvented the pan. The most common frustration with split cakes is how much paint is wasted when you hit base. So we have spent the last 6 months designing, developing and testing tooling for a pan, we think, is game changing for artists in the facepainting industry. So what’s so special about EasyLoad Splitcake™️ ? ✅ The pan is SHORTER… perfect size for a petal sponges without missing the end colors when you load. ✅ The pan is DEEPER… 30g of paint in a smaller container is DEEPER so it lasts longer before you hit base. 😃And here’s the REALLY clever bit. 🙌 😱The sides are curved…not right angles. So when you hit pan in the middle you waste significantly less paint in the corners… because there aren’t any! 🧐 But won’t the paint just fall out? We thought of that too… a textured base gives a ‘key’ for the paint to grip onto, so it’s LESS likely to fall out than your average splitcake with angles for corners. Splitcakes …made easy. Load smarter, not harder. EasyLoad Splitcake™️ made by Facepainters, for facepainters. How to use Designed for sponges (but still perfect for use with a one stroke brush). Spray your sponge several times all over one side with water and, using even pressure, wipe back and forth across the cake. If your sponge is too dry, and colors are missing, mist with water again and go back to the cake. You can give your cake a LIGHT mist of water too to aid this process. ✳️Top tip If you run out of color whilst laying on a base, it is unhygienic to go back into the cake with the same sponge which will have skin cells, dirt, food or other nasties on it…. Instead, mist the sponge lightly again, with one or two sprays, and this will reactivate the dried color allowing you to complete the design. Dimensions Pan : L 55mm x W 50mm x D 13mm Weight 30g
