Baileigh BP-7098CNC 70-Ton CNC Hydraulic Press Brake, 98in Bed The BP-7098CNC is a 70-ton programmable hydraulic press brake with a 98 inch table, which takes 8-foot sheet between the housings at 80.7 inches of clear span. Two-axis CNC control handles ram depth and back gauge together and stores the programs. Throat depth is 11.8 inches, noticeably deeper than the 7.87 inches on the smaller machines in the range, and there is 11.8 inches from table to ram. Stroke is 3.9 inches with 3.1 inches of ram travel adjustment. Approach runs 3.9 inches per second, working speed .275, return 3.46. The back gauge covers 23.62 inches. A 5.5 hp main motor works against a 4,500 psi maximum with a 29 gallon reservoir, and the axis servos draw very little. Power is 220V 3-phase 60Hz at 19A. Rated capacity assumes 64,000 psi mild steel. The machine ships by flatbed freight. One year warranty.
