Grown in the Alto Beni region of Bolivia by farmer Felix Paredes, this 2023 harvest is box-fermented and solar-dried at the Flor de Cacao centre in Palos Blancos.The flavor is striking and layered. Expect an intense opening of raisin and cinnamon, a rush of deep brown sugar sweetness that settles into tangy tropical fruit and dark rum, and a long finish of dutched cocoa, dried fruit, and savory cured tobacco.
