It's always a pleasure to see names like Bowmore making their way out into the world via the Indy Bottling scene. This 11-year-old Bowmore has been in a European Oak cask for around 6 months before being bottled in May 2026. Nose: Rich bonfire and BBQ notes. Parma violets – balsamic. Palate: Much more fruit and malt notes. Ginger cake and bonfire. Finish: Thick and rich finish with a fruit-smoke aftertaste. Distilled at Bowmore Distillery 12/02/2015 European Oak Finish 54.2%abv
