Kanafeh

Our Kanafeh is made with a specialized stringy pastry dough that is tossed in rendered butter and baked into a crispy golden-brown base and top, with a soft and delicious mild white cheese center. After it’s baked to perfection, it’s drizzled with our homemade syrup that’s flavored with a hint of orange blossom water and rose water. Rich, and so tasty! Sold pre-baked and frozen.
