Pyrtox P&P Plus – targeted insect foam for cavities, joints, and cracks Pyrtox P&P Plus insect foam was developed for the targeted control of crawling and flying insects in hard-to-reach areas. The stable foam can be applied directly into cavities, cable ducts, expansion joints, cracks, and similar hiding places. This means that adjacent surfaces do not need to be treated extensively with an insecticide. The manufacturer also lists wasps of the subfamily Vespinae as target organisms. Long-lasting contact effect After application, the foam remains stable for many hours to several days. As it dries, it forms an emulsified wax layer in which the active ingredients remain bound. Insects that later come into contact with this layer can therefore still be controlled several weeks afterward. This mode of action is particularly suitable for areas where pests remain hidden or regularly move through treated cavities and joints. Application and dosage Prepare the can before use according to the instructions on the label. Point the spray opening directly at the cavity or insect hiding place to be treated. Spray for approximately 3 to 5 seconds until sufficient foam has formed. The actual amount required depends on the size and condition of the area being treated. Use the product exclusively in accordance with the current instructions for use.
