Built from high-quality lots that cup between 84–87 points, this coffee showcases the area’s signature clarity, crisp acidity, and balanced sweetness. The name “Waykan” means “star” or “light that shines in the night sky” in the local Maya Q’anjob’al language—a fitting name for a coffee that highlights the quality and character of this remarkable region.
