Romans Series 40 Romans Chapter 1 Verse 14-16

Paul was eager to visit with the church at Rome so that the gift of the Holy Spirit might be dispersed to them. He wanted the Holy Spirit in him to empower him like prophets of old, to pour forth the gospel in such a way that the preached word might also empower them.
