The indigo blue skirt and sleeves feature paisley print in pervenche blue, while the chest features royal blue fabric. A smocked waistband creates the transition between these colors through careful hand gathering that forms delicate pleats. The round neckline sits cleanly at the collarbone. Puffed sleeves are finished with embroidery adding texture and artistry to the shoulders. A butterfly-shaped bow ties at the back in coordinating fabric. Self-covered buttons provide closure. The gathered skirt falls from the smocked waist in coordinating paisley print, allowing full movement.
