These here are the best Heims out of dozens we have tested. A Heim has to do more than just move freely, it has to do so under the extreme loads your suspension and steering components experience on the race track. That is where these inner lined, self lubricating, low friction Heims excel. The XL stands for Extreme Load, and due to that extra strength is why these heims stay so smooth under high stress. These are NOT the same as our cheaper gold heims, or any other gold heim others sell.
