Apple Shrub - Non Alcoholic Aperitivo

Apple Cider Vinegar + Apple Juice blend 500ml Shrubs are a traditional drink based on raw apple cider vinegar. This is a blend of our nine year old AVC and our apple juice. The vinegar is made from vintage cider, which has been allowed to naturally re-ferment into apple cider vinegar, turning all the alcohol to acetic acid. This was then matured for a further eight years Blended with apple juice this can be drunk as a "shot" the vinegar is softened and sweetened by the apple juice. Even better mix it with sparkling water or ginger ale & ice (around 1:7 ratio - or to your taste) for a sophisticated, refreshing and revitalising experience. It is also great in cocktails and amazing in salad dressings. Once open, keep cool and dark and use within six months. We used the following ingredients in this Shrub: Pasteurised Apple Juice Vintage Apple Cider Vinegar Each bottle contains 20 x 25ml servings and is vegan. There is some sediment in the bottle and it does contain the ACV 'mother' which will continue to develop as wispy strands and / or a jelly if not consumed, which does not detract from the flavour (strain it when pouring).
