A limited-release sake crafted with 100% Omachi rice grown in Okayama Prefecture, this expression is part of the brewery's Junmai Ginjo series showcasing the unique character of different sake rice varieties, alongside Aiyama, Kaminoho, and Yamadanishiki. Production was further limited due to adjustments made by the brewery before its official release, making this an exceptionally rare offering. Elegant aromas of pear and apple lead to a refined palate with a mild yet generous sweetness. Its supple, rounded texture lingers gracefully, leaving a smooth and satisfying finish.
