Sculptural Face Lifting Developed by Yakov Gershkovich, Sculptural Face Lifting SFL is a deeply restorative manual facial treatment designed to tone, sculpt, and revitalize the face and neck. It combines external sculpting techniques with gentle intraoral massage (inside-the- mouth) to work through the deeper muscles and connective tissues of the face. This treatment helps ease jaw tension, encourage healthy lymphatic flow, improve circulation, and restore the skin’s natural vitality. It also releases chronic tension, softens facial tightness, reduces puffiness, and enhances natural definition, leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and naturally lifted. Through slow, intentional movements that address each layer of tissue, the muscles gradually soften, the jaw begins to unclench, and facial contours feel more lifted and defined. Many clients experience a deep sense of relaxation, as if a quiet warmth spreads through the face and the nervous system settles into a calm, restorative state of ease. For me, giving this massage is a meditation in movement. It is a full-body practice where breath, posture, and presence are just as important as the hands themselves. What to Expect During Your Session A grounding consultation followed by gentle lymphatic techniques to encourage circulation and prepare the tissues. Sculptural lifting techniques that work with the muscles and fascia of the face and neck to release tension and restore natural definition. Gentle intraoral (inside-the-mouth) massage to access deeper facial muscles, helping soften chronic jaw, cheek, and mouth tension. Throughout your session, you’ll experience a curated selection of Valley Botanicals botanical skincare to nourish the skin while supporting a sense of calm, balance, and overall well-being. 60 minute session Please Note: This treatment begins with a cleansing and toning of the skin as well as nourishing Valley Botanicals serums during the facial massage. The treatment does not include any masks, scrubs, or extractions.
