Lambrusco Emilia Rosato

Type: Sparkling Vintage: NV Grape: Lambrusco Marani and Salamino Country: Italy Appellation: Emilia-Romagna Blend of Lambrusco Marani and Salamino. The grapes are harvested during the night and immediately pressed. After a long and careful fermentation, the wine is left to effervesce naturally in pressurized vats at a controlled temperature by insert of selected yeast. The bouquet is delicate with fragrances of white flowers and strawberries. The palate is mineral with currant notes, and that surprises by its fragrance and long finish. This versatile wine goes well with appetizers, pasta dishes, white meats, fried food including fish or pizza.
