Rp 2'' T-Port 3-Way Pneumatic Stainless Steel Ball Valve Spring-closing

This TamesonPRO 3-way ball valve is offered in combination with a JP Fluid Control pneumatic actuator. The valve features a 38.1 mm bore size, a T-port ball, and Rp 2'' BSP threaded connections. It is suitable for medium temperatures from -29°C to 210°C (-20°F up to 410°F). The valve can handle pressures of up to 69 bar at 20°C (1000 psi at 68°F). The valve body and the ball are made of stainless steel 1.4408 with a RTFE seal, making it suitable for various aggressive and corrosive media. The Kv value is 98.7 m3/h (Cv = 114.10 gpm). Kv expresses the flow rate of water in m3/h at a pressure drop of one bar.The actuator features a robust, spring-closing rack-and-pinion mechanism with a 35-micron hard-anodized aluminum body. The pneumatic input range is from 3 to 8 bar (43 to 116 psi). It is suitable for ambient temperature from -20°C to 80°C (-4°F to 176°F). Additionally, it features a Namur Size 1 interface for solenoid valves and a 80 x 30 mm interface for VDI/VDE 3845 limit switch boxes. Comes unassembled, including ball valve, actuator and mounting accessories.
