sheffields country house dressing Sheffield’s Country House Dressing Sheffield’s Country House Dressing We crafted our Sheffield’s Country House Dressing to be a shallot-based, vinaigrette salad dressing, on the lighter side. We wanted the flavors to stand out, but not be heavy or as tart as some vinaigrettes can be. We used granulated honey for a touch of sweetness, which compliments the other spices and herbs. The result is so good, it could become your favorite salad dressing. Besides using our dressing over your mixed green and other salads, drizzle some over your steak, steamed, sauteed or roasted vegetables. Also goes well over chicken. It makes an excellent marinade for your steak and chicken. You’ll find many more ways to use our Country House Dressing. We have many other deliciously popular Salad Dressings, including our Greek Salad Dressing, Italian Salad Dressing, Maple Herb Salad Dressing, Lemon Basil Salad Dressing, Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing, and many more. One taste and you’ll never go back to a bottled dressing. Makes about 1 ¼ Cups Ingredients: 3 Tablespoons (1 ounce) Sheffield’s Country House Dressing Mix 2 Tablespoons Warm Water 2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar (Or Sherry, Champagne or Unseasoned Rice Wine Vinegar) 1 Cup Canola Oil, Avocado Oil, or Extra-virgin Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard Directions: Add 3 tablespoons of Sheffield’s Country House Dressing Mix to a medium mixing bowl.
