Fig Chutney in Vinegar

Chutneys are the new generation of jams, ideal for accompanying meat and fish main courses, boiled meats, and fresh and aged cheeses. Each chutney has its own unique and unmistakable aroma. Our traditional recipe does not use mustard to keep the flavor of each chutney more delicate and not to overpower the taste of the food it is paired with, but rather to enhance all its nuances on the palate.
