From Korea province Kyungsangnamdo Yangsan, it goes through a natural fermentation and carbonation process giving it a refreshing, sparkling fizz. The Ehwa Baekju Makgeolli has 5 tastes in one – Sweet, Bitter, Sour, Salty, and Umami. It contains 100% rice, and is fresh and mild to the palate. The more you drink, the better it tastes! It is advised to slightly open the bottle, allowing the fizz to rise a little, before closing it. Repeat this step 4-5 times until the carbonation goes away before serving. Ehwa Baekju Makgeolli should be kept cold in the chiller, for its prime taste. Alcohol content: 6%
