This international varietal is cultivated in the area named “Zambiani” situated northeast of Mezzacorona village and characterised by watery soils and good drainage. The riserva is exclusively produced in the best vintages from hand harvested grapes. Castel Firmian Pinot Grigio Riserva DOC is a light yellow colour and notes reminiscent of ripe fruit (white peaches, pears and mature chamomile) mingle with sweet notes of vanilla deriving from the refinement in oak.
