Lemonade Stand is grown by the Rungeto Farmers Co-operative Society and processed at their Karimikui Factory in Kirinyaga County, where around 600 smallholder farmers cultivate coffee across the fertile red volcanic slopes of Mount Kenya at 1,600–1,750 metres.Quality begins with careful hand-sorting before the cherries are pulped and fermented overnight. The coffee is then washed, graded by density, soaked, and slowly sun-dried on raised African beds for 7 to 15 days to ensure even moisture and preserve quality.Bright, sparkling and beautifully expressive — lively sweetness of sparkling lemonade over fresh yuzu, a crisp rhubarb edge, and soft peach rounding out the cup with delicate fruit sweetness.
