Wild Coho Salmon Portions

Wild-caught skin-on Coho (Silver) Salmon fillets. Roughly 1/2-lb portions. Flash-frozen to lock in the best of Alaska. Rich, naturally oily, with a clean, mild flavor and firm, flaky texture. Great for grilling, baking, pan-frying. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before cooking. Or, if you've not much time, thaw in cold water before cooking. Compared to other wild-caught Alaskan salmon, Coho has the second highest Omega 3s content, outspoken only by King Salmon.
