SaunaLife ERGO Series Sauna Barrel SaunaLife’s ERGO Series is a Thermo-Spruce barrel sauna built around one idea: bathing comfort comes from the curve, not the size. The barrel’s diameter sets the bench arc, backrest angle, and headroom together — get that right and three lengths cover a range of decks and budgets without changing how the sauna feels to sit in. Three sizes — E6, E7, and E8 — seat 3, 4, and 6 bathers at a consistent 6’-5" of interior height. Every size ships with the same 1.65" Thermo-Spruce staves, contoured Thermo-Aspen benches and arched backrest, stainless steel barrel bands, and a Wi-Fi-controlled white LED light bar. Choose how much you want to see out of it. The base barrel is staved all the way around. Add a rear window for daylight and a view, or — on E7 and E8 — a full glass front wall that turns the whole face of the barrel into a window. All three ship as a one-day, two-person DIY kit with a black shingle roof, extra staves, and paraffin oil to season the wood.
