Guatemala Huehuetenango

This lot is a blend of five varieties: Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Maragogype, and Pache—grown across the smallholder farms that define the region, where coffee accounts for roughly 80% of the local economy, and where indigenous farming communities have shaped production for generations. Washed processing brings out a cup that's soft and layered: ripe pear and prune up front, with a base of toasted almond that lingers into the finish.
