Beginner & Intermediate Wheel This 8-week class is focused on foundations of wheel techniques designed for beginners and intermediate level participants. Intermediate participants: expand range in making taller and wider forms on the potters' wheel. Although participants are encouraged to work with larger amounts of clay, the techniques demonstrated in this class (the football method, the rib pull, and pulled handles) are designed to get the most out of the clay regardless of the amount. Pre-Registration is required. Please review our Studio Policies Instructor: Robbin Buller Skill level: Beginner & Intermediate Cost: $260 Materials Fee: $30 per bag of clay (cash/check made payable to Indian River Clay) Class Dates: Tuesdays, July 28 & August 4, 11, 18, 25 & Sept 1, 8, 22 (NO CLASS SEPT 15) Time: 2pm - 5pm Length of Class: 8 sessions/3 hours each Materials To Bring: Wear clothes that are comfortable and can get muddy.
