Processing Method: This lot is processed as a natural coffee to highlight fruit sweetness, florals, and clarity: Ripe cherries are delivered by local smallholder farmers to the Benti Nenka processing station. The station specializes in natural and anaerobic processing. Careful drying helps preserve the coffee’s clean sweetness, bright acidity, and expressive fruit character.
