Sourdough Ciabatta
A light and airy bread with an irregular and open crumb. Usually leavened with commercial yeasts; our version is solely sourdough leavened and undergoes a long fermentation. We use white wheat flour, sea salt, our sourdough culture and a touch of extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil.
