Natural ruby and custom-cut tourmaline cut and mined from the Cruzeiro Tourmaline Mine or the Minas Gerais São José da Safira in Brazil, set in 14k gold settings. ON COLOUR AND INCLUSIONS Teal green can be described as a deep seafoam shade. It has a subtle cool undertone, reminiscent of where ocean meets sky. Olive green is a true mint plant colour. It has a neutral, sometimes warm undertone. It is vibrant and reminiscent of woodlands. Tourmalines with inclusions means that the inclusions are visible from the naked eye. They may be noticeable, though still non-damaging. As gemstones form in nature, inclusions are a completely natural part of tourmalines. Eye clean tourmalines may still contain minor inclusions, but are broadly invisible to the unaided eye and free of fissures under normal viewing conditions. Made by hand in our Montreal studio. Huggies measure approximately 12mm across, rubies measure 2.5mm; tourmaline measure approximately 17.5mm x 4.5mm (approximately 1.3 carat each). Total earring length is approximately 38mm.
